Learn to quilt with the Kids Quilt Camp with Quilter and machine embroiderer, Cheryl Childers.

Join us on a QUILTING ADVENTURE this summer when we explore the outer limits of piecing, a quilters mission to find his mystery block and a walk through an enchanted quilt shop filled with notions and tools necessary to our art...  Our quilt adventure camps meet Monday through Friday from 10 AM until 3 PM.  During each camp we will experiment with cool piecing techniques, lessons in appliqué, fabric painting and quilting.  All camps are $155 and includes tax,  a snack, drink and the best part of our summer camps is our QUILT SHOW at the end of the week!

Ages 10 and above (Adults welcome!). Beginners welcome too! Spaces limited so act quick!

Kits are included and include all that is needed to complete the week’s quilt top. Additional supply list (if applicable) for individual sessions will be available upon paid registration.

Camper must be able to bring their own sewing machine, and accessories. Please bring owners manual, extra needles, threads, etc.

Make a large checker board quilt top using basic piecing and appliqué techniques. Personalize this quilt!  Checker Pieces included in kit. Perfect class for beginners!

June 16-20             All About Me                                                    10-3
A Quilt all about you! Personalized, learn techniques such as piecing, painting on fabric, photo transfer, free motion embellishment, appliqué and learn a whole lot about yourself in the process!

July 14-18               A Quilting Adventure                                      10-3  
Learn how to design your own quilt and bring it from conception to completion with this class focusing on technology in quilting, and utilizing the tools available at the moment.

July 28- Aug. 1       Spaced Out                                                      10-3
Learn basic appliqué techniques with this simple appliqué quilt top. Learn about the planets, space travel and quilt design all in one week!

Aug. 11-15              It's A Mystery                                                    10-3
Two blocks a day, with a twist at the end of the week to complete a quilt top unlike another else’s!
